Around the Passage
The liveliest corner of the city
The Passage stands at the centre of Baku's pedestrian zone — where the city's main promenade streets meet. A couple of steps away is Fountains Square, a favourite meeting place for locals and guests.
Around it run the pedestrian Nizami and Rasulzade streets with their elegant facades, shops, cafés and street musicians. It is always lively and pleasant to walk here.
The Passage fits organically into this fabric: its arches and shop windows are a natural continuation of the walking route through the old centre.

The Passage is one of the most elegant points on this route and a handy landmark in the centre.
